When the buyer (customer) is clicking buy now he or she you make a legal contract to buy and pay for the items purchased. The seller (rearsets.co.uk) will provide the customer with the items purchased. Items can be returned if they are not provided as described. Rules and regulations for distance sales in UK applies.
If an item can not be supplied the seller will refund the customers funds without delay within reasonable time. Returns: Items can be returned only unused, in the same new condition as supplied. The buyer should contact and agree about the return within 7 days from receiving the items. The seller reserves the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for returned items. Return postage is paid by the customer. Used or fitted items can not be returned. It is the buyers responsibility to check that items are not damaged during postage or delivery immediately when receiving the order, open and inspect that the parcel contain all items and that there is no damage to any of them. These motorcycle parts are sold for racing use only and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that use on public roads is legal in your contry after fitting these accessories, and or take any neccessary steps if these are required. Note that standard mechanical rear brake light switches cannot be used with the rearsets offered on this site. We offer hydraulic inline brake light switches separately. The hydraulic in-line brake switch is not included in the kit unless separately mentioned. These parts are sold for racing and modification of motorcycles.
